✨The verse of Purification. ๐Surah: 33 Ayah: 32 -33๐
ูุง ِูุณุงุกَ ุงَّููุจِِّู َูุณุชَُّู َูุฃَุญَุฏٍ ู َِู ุงِّููุณุงุกِ ۚ ุฅِِู ุงุชََّููุชَُّู َููุง ุชَุฎุถَุนَู ุจِุงَِูููู ََููุทู َุนَ ุงَّูุฐู ูู َููุจِِู ู َุฑَุถٌ ََُูููู ًَูููุง ู َุนุฑًููุง
O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any other women: if you are wary [of Allah], then do not be complaisant in your speech, lest he in whose heart is a sickness should aspire, and speak honourable words.
ََููุฑَู ูู ุจُููุชَُِّูู َููุง ุชَุจَุฑَّุฌَู ุชَุจَุฑُّุฌَ ุงูุฌุงَِِّูููุฉِ ุงูุฃٰููู ۖ َูุฃَِูู َู ุงูุตَّูุงุฉَ َูุขุชَูู ุงูุฒَّูุงุฉَ َูุฃَุทِุนَู ุงََّููู َูุฑَุณَُููู ۚ ุฅَِّูู ุง ُูุฑูุฏُ ุงَُّููู ُِููุฐِูุจَ ุนَُููู ُ ุงูุฑِّุฌุณَ ุฃََูู ุงูุจَูุชِ َُููุทَِّูุฑَُูู ุชَุทููุฑًุง
Stay in your houses and do not display your finery with the display of the former [days of] ignorance. Maintain the prayer and pay the zakฤt and obey Allah and His Apostle.
Indeed Allah desires to repel all impurity from you, O People of the Household, and purify you with a thorough purification.

๐ปin the above verses, when Allah is referring to the wives of the Prophet (s.a.w), the feminine plural pronoun is used, such as:
ู ู ูุงุช ู ููู - ู ู ู ูููุช ู ููู - ูุณุชู - ุงู ุงุชููุชู - ุชุฎุถุนู - ููุฑู - ุจููุชูู
๐บBut in the verse of purification, the masculine plural pronoun is used, such as:
ููุฐูุจ ุนููู - ููุทูุฑูู
๐ถSo it turns out that the addressee in the verse of purification is different from the addressee in the verses before and after the verse of purification.

The wives of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) were numerous and lived in different houses. Therefore, in verse 32, the sentence (ููุฑู ูู ุจููุชูู) [Stay in your Boyout (houses) ] is mentioned. whereas if the verse of purification included the wives of the Prophet (s.a.w) as well, the sentence (Ahl al-Boyout / people of the houses) should be written but now (Ahl al-Bayt / people of the house ) is written.

According to the Sahih Muslim + other narrations, when the verse of purification was revealed, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) placed Imam Ali, Fatima, Hassan and Hussein under the Kisaa (cloak) and recited the holy verse.

َูุงَูุชْ ุนَุงุฆِุดَุฉُ ุฎَุฑَุฌَ ุงَّููุจُِّู ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู ุบَุฏَุงุฉً َูุนََِْููู ู ِุฑْุทٌ ู ُุฑَุญٌَّู ู ِْู ุดَุนْุฑ ุฃَุณَْูุฏَ َูุฌَุงุกَ ุงْูุญَุณَُู ุจُْู ุนَِّูู َูุฃَุฏْุฎََُูู ุซُู َّ ุฌَุงุกَ ุงْูุญُุณَُْูู َูุฏَุฎََู ู َุนَُู ุซُู َّ ุฌَุงุกَุชْ َูุงุทِู َุฉُ َูุฃَุฏْุฎَََููุง ุซُู َّ ุฌَุงุกَ ุนٌَِّูู َูุฃَุฏْุฎََُูู ุซُู َّ َูุงَู (ุฅَِّูู َุง ُูุฑِูุฏُ ุงَُّููู ُِููุฐِْูุจَ ุนَُْููู ُ ุงูุฑِّุฌْุณَ ุฃََْูู ุงْูุจَْูุชِ َُููุทَِّูุฑَُูู ْ ุชَุทِْููุฑًุง).

It is stated in Sahih Muslim that Zayd ibn Arqam was asked whether the wives of the Prophet (PBUH) are called Ahl al-Bayt of the Prophet or not? He replied that a man's wife is not considered a member of the family because a woman may live with a man for years, but at the end of her life she divorces and goes to her father's house and is considered a member of the father's family:
ุฅّู ุฒูุฏ ุจู ุฃุฑูู ุณุฆู ุนู ุงูู ุฑุงุฏ ุจุฃูู ุงูุจูุช ูู ูู ุงููุณุงุก ؟ ูุงู: ูุง / ูุฃูู ุงّููู ، ุฅّู ุงูู ุฑุฃุฉ ุชููู ู ุน ุงูุฑุฌู ุงูุนุตุฑ ู ู ุงูุฏูุฑ ، ุซู ّ ูุทّูููุง ، ูุชุฑุฌุน ุฅูู ุฃุจููุง ูููู ูุง.

The wives of the Prophet have not claimed that the verse of purification includes them, rather they have quoted the opposite, such as Umm Salma, who said that after the revelation of the verse of purification and honoring the Holy Prophet Ali and Fatima and Hassan and Hussein (as), I went forward and I asked the Prophet PBUH whether I am also a member of Ahl al-Bayt or not? The Prophet PBUH replied: You are a good person and you are not a member of the Ahl al-Bayt, but you are one of the wives of the Prophet. ๐
ุนู ุฃู ّ ุณูู ุฉ، ุฃّู ุงููุจู ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู ุฌูู ุนูู ุงูุญุณู ูุงูุญุณูู ูุนูู ููุงุทู ุฉ ูุณุงุก ุซู ّ ูุงู : «ุงูููู ูุคูุงุก ุฃูู ุจูุชู ูุญุงู ّุชู ุฃุฐูุจ ุนููู ุงูุฑุฌุณ ูุทّูุฑูู ุชุทููุฑุงً. ููุงูุช ุฃู ุณูู ุฉ : ูุฃูุง ู ุนูู ูุงุฑุณูู ุงููู ؟ ูุงู: ุฅّูู ุนูู ุฎูุฑ. ูุฐุง ุญุฏูุซ ุญุณู ุตุญูุญ . ููู ุฃุญุณู ุดุฆ ุฑูู ูู ูุฐุง ุงูุจุงุจ.

In the narration narrated by Suyuti, Tabarani and Ahmad ibn Hanbal, it is stated that Umm Salma said that: "I went forward and took the side of Kisaa to enter. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) took the Kisaa from my hand and pulled it and did not allow me to enter the cloak:
ุนู ุฃู ّ ุณูู ุฉ ุฃّููุง ูุงูุช: «ูุฑูุนุช ุงููุณุงุก ูุฃุฏุฎู ู ุนูู ูุฌุฐุจู ู ู ูุฏู ููุงู: ุฅّูู ุนูู ุฎูุฑ .
